The simple math is that if you take in (Eat ) 2500 calories a day and you burn 2500 calories a day you are not going to gain weight or size. If you take in 4000 calories a day and burn only 2000 calories a day your body will store 2000 a day which equals weihgt/size gain.bigjon7 said:when in hospital i did alot of cardio body fat 8% im 24 5ft8.
