injectable vitamin C question.....

Hey I have ordered some injectable vitamin C from Germany. It comes in a 5ml ampule. Surely I dont inject 5cc all at once?? Is this supposed to be injected only monthly like B-12? thanks.

good question.....what exactly are you plannin to use this for though.....i know vitamin C aids in cold symptoms.....at least i think it does......what else would it be for?

wtf...5cc's of vc...injectible C? never heard of it, and B12 is poked like ED or EOD depending on the kind of B12..why would you inject C?
if some bro's know more about this then please school us here.

Vitamin C at extremely high doses is very good at burning fat. Charles Poliquin wrote some good stuff about it a while ago... but he was also in a hyperbolic (sp?) chamber for hours every day. I still don't quite know how he did it, but it looked pretty interesting.

I order vitamin C and B-12 from zalmo.com They offer many vitamin injectables. Injections are better than pills because you get almost 100% obsorbtion. Not to mention that usually the mgs are so high that you only have to inject once a month;however, I am not sure about the 5cc ampules of vitamin C that I have from Germany. Hopefully someone can finds out. LET ME KNOW...thanks.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that many people get much more than they need on the average daily basis as far as B12 and Vitamin C (especially) go.

And when you get more than your body can use, you just urinate it out.
