injectable l carnitine vs oral

Hi, good evening, I would like to know which form of carnitine is the best for people with l carnitine deficiency, some oral supplements lose power when they get processed by the liver so I wonder if it's the same case with this supplement and I should go for the injections, thank you all for your answers educated gentleman.

Did you get blood work done to find out you are deficient ?

I would work with the doc on getting levels normalized. I think the bioavailability is pretty poor though.
