Injectable B complex

Is this worth getting. I have a guy in the gym that wont stop bothering me about the injectable b complex. He says that it will make me gain more weight and its great for body builders. Iam already taking a multivitamin that has B1, B2, B6 and B12.

What are the benefits of this injectable B complex.

If its not worth it Iam just going to tell the guy Iam taking it to get him to stop talking about it. Its so annoying, I was doing dumbell fly's and the guy wouldnt shut up. I felt like raging on the guy and dropping the 50lbs dumbell on his neck

well, for starters it is fucking cheap (like buying a hamburger cheap), and not even worth that. So save your time and change.

I was born with a deffiancy that i cant absorb the B12 vitamin and thus I take shots regularly, and since iv been working out I take them more often. Its overall great, it personally affects my mood in a positive way, it also promotes hunger and is needed to produce muscle mass, i love the stuff but everyone to there own,

i like it for appetite and energy. i use a time release inject B12 i love

Not worth been like a cushion pin, just get a B complex (b1,b6,b12) tabs........no reason to mess with the injections....

i only used it with some QV winy that would clog to make it easier to pass. at the time i didn't know about the drink winney thingy
