Inject Question

What is the best way to inject HGH?

I am looking to do it with a 29 gauge slin needle. I am only 8% BF but I can still squeeze a bit around the waist...was thinking of just going around it like that...almost different spot every day.....any opinions?

Also for Deca...23 gauge 1.5 inch needle?....glutes.....sound right?
