Inject. Question

I started my first cycle last Monday (19th)
Its gonna be 11 weeks of Test USP (100mg Test Cy, 100mg Test E, and 200mg Test Decanate) = 400mg/1cc every Monday.

My question is can I just alternate between delts every Monday?

thx bro, i was always under the impression that you should keep alternating inject. spots, but maybe thats when your on compounds that require EOD injects?

This makes things alot easier just hitting each delt back and forth week after week.

Yes, in fact I always make sure that each delt, quad and glut gets the same amount of shots (mg's and ml's) throughout every cycle.

well my 2 cents i never did 1 shot per week becasue test is test. So if it's eth-cyp or prop it is test the differance is in how the test is suppened to the estar and the time of release thats why cyp or prop or eth they each break down different than the other so in order to maintain good blood levels remember this that when combined in a one week shot one test will break down and release quicker than the other and at that dosage which is very good for starting out remember your receptors will only release what they are given so my advice would be to do 2 shots per week split dosage this way you keep a better blood level

To inject 500mg of Sustanon,
how many mils would this be in my syringe.

depends on the dosage, sust is normally 250mg/ml

therefore you will need 2ml for 500mg.

if its your first time injecting i would go with quads over delts, or at least include your quads. if you do thats a site hit only once a month... happy days

If the contents are 250mgs on the vial thats 2 cc's

with the gear that you are using, i would personally recomend 2x week injection schedule.
you dont want to hit the same spot more than once per week though.
if you want to do 400mg (1cc)per week, i would say do 0.5cc 2x week.
hitting your delts say mon/thur, then your quads the next week on mon/thu and then back to your delts etc....
you will get more even blood levels this way i promise, i've done long ester test 1x week for a few cycles, and my hormone levels were always going crazy... things were MUCH smoother with 2x week dosing.
