Just remember where your sciatic nerve is. Other than that you should be fine.

do quad injects...much easier and less pain...and it will absorb a little slower if its not in all muscle....but absorb nonetheless

i have worried about injectint too low on glute from time to time. i can't see why it would make ANY difference as far as absorbtion goes.

the rules of injecting are not so black and white. shouldn't really matter if you do not inject EXACTLY where you are supposed to but ya gotta be careful of nerves. still, even if you do inject into a nerve you are not going to die. if it hurts you pull it out and inject in another spot.

I shoot lower in the glute often (if the upper quadrant is still hard at ALL from a previous injection...)

Quads are much easier. I like them because my quads are solid muscle, and lots of places to hit. And less room for error.

Sometimes I accidentally shoot low as well. Really the only thing that bothers me is being reminded of my AAS use every single time I sit for 1-2 days. A little higher = no sitting discomfort.
