inj B12 and vascularity

Yes, very much so, especially if you are lacking in the least bit. It helps to increase red blood cell count. :)

Not sure about the vascularity thing, but its definitely a great supp. Cheap, effective, and cheap.

ValleyVet.com (search and find the 250ml bottle for ~$12).

No but same strength and cheaper, b12 human grade injectable is a legal supplement just more pricey. I have noticed a little vascularity but gobs of energy, unfortunately gobs of appetite too. not for use while dieting, down.

where the heck are you supposed to get injectable b-12? i asked my doctor friend and he said it's not in the Rx book and he thinks it is directly sold to doctors such as internists.

i tried human grade, the kind the comes in amps. that shit burnt like a mofo

the stuff from lion nutrition is way better

please don't use lion nutrition it's a rip off, you can get a 250ml from valleyvet for like 10 bucks
where lion nutrion is like somthing like 30$ for 10ml

lion nutrition's product is good,I have a few bottles I got to try when I was a mod at another board and I feel it works good for appetite and energy, but I wasnt lean enough then to notice vascularity

Inject anywhere you wish a slin pin is reccommended, however if one isn't available you can use a reg pin.

can someone update me...intramuscular...how to...subcutanaeous how to?

intramuscular, or just pinch some skin on your tummy and inject, its water based and is absorbed almost immediately.
Its more potent than the pill form.

Anyone have any other resources on B12 injections? (aside from that link just posted)

I think I might want to experiment with this a little. Just want to make sure I know what I'm getting into.
