I won't spell it right... but they are called fistulla... and it can be very bad news.

Get a electric razor and only go down to a grade 1 or two, ok, you dont get the bald look, but it keeps it much neater and shows off those cuts...

Other that that, wax!

(oh, and to made this training related, you can use the reps with the razor as active recovery, Spatts will like that )

If you shave everyday it won't happen. If you get in the habit of shaving in the shower daily it will go very quickly, that's what I do.

There is this stuff called "Tend Skin" they only sell it in salons (yah that place where us girls spend too much money) It works GREAT!!! It will get rid of those hairs easy. Just ask a good girl friend to find a place around that sells it. Also you could do laser treatment and get rid of the hair for good and if you can't spring for that then try electrolosis (spelling?) Don't forget no pain no gain! they will both hurt but you will be rid of the hair FOREVER!!!!

laser is very expensive. I am in the process of doing it on my chest and abdomen. You need like 6 treatments to get 80% clearance. Laser hair removal is not permanent, the hair can come back. Also its pretty damn painful.

just exfoliate well before shaving, make sure you have been in teh shower for awhile and allowed the warm water to soften the follicle. Furthermore, do NOT shave against the grain. this can be very difficult in some cases due to the random direction chest hair decides to grow.

Those puffy net mesh things that most girls use to put the body wash in. You can buy they at Bath and Body works. After you shave scrub down really good with one of those. It helps me out alot. I use to get ingrown hairs alot on my elbow joints not anymore.
