Been gone working for 2 days and come back to this, unreal. Why my name is in there so much is pretty sad, but let me say this. If it's true, he was a scammer, then fuck him like any other scammer. However I have known him for years, and would NEVER expect him to do that to anyone, and dont see how I couldn't know after all this time if he was. Everything I state, people ask for evidence or proof, then one negative post and poof, no evidence needed.

Point is, maybe he is lying to me, but I dont think so. I can say this, I will confront him, and I will tell him how it has affected me. I will show him the evidence presented, and the statements made, and what is and is not true and see what he has to say. But as I told many of you last week, when he popped back online last week, and he told me that he was not going to the boards to defend himself, I stated to him now that he's out of jail and able to defend himself, if he does not, it's no longer my obligation to do so, and I wont any longer.

Take it as you want, but I cannot call him a scammer without reason to do so, I have not personally seen him scam anyone in the last 2 -3 years, but if it's true I guess I was the biggest fool these past years......and will be the first to admit it.

I'm not going to believe one way or the other. I'm sure SOME have their reasons for believing he was a scammer (possibly being directly involved in a scam). I strongly feel that Indy and Satch are two different people. Their personalities are so different that it seems like one hell of a good job of creating two personas.
I once tried to help Indy and IndysWife by pointing out something in her profile that they should have considered risky to them and wound up getting my ass chewed off and then they threatened to have me banned from EF. I was completely blown away and at that moment decided I'll never again approach a stranger online to offer help or advice concerning their online privacy.
I won't go into the details but let me tell you it was like trying to help a rabid pitbull. Taught me a shitty lesson.

I checked that site out just for fun and it was completely obvious that shit was owned by satch... He had a username and he posted as an "admin". This whole event has really hurt the reputation of EF. Especially since people were calling out the scam and they were being hushed and moderated about it. And for the guys that keep telling the guys that got scammed "shit happens" you would be singing a whole different tune if that was you, especially considering the people that scammed had the trust of most EF members. I sure didn't see this coming but it was time for something "dramatic" to happen on EF, it had been 6 days after all.



2) Satch is a scammer. All roads lead to this conclusion and unless satch gets on here and provides some proof, thats what I beleive. Of course what kind of proof could he offer up? Don't know really, thats his problem.



3) I think a lot of this Indy bashing is not so much related to the satch mess as it is with personal issues people have with him. They don't like him or his posts or his views on primo or whatever, so now it's "cool" to bash him. He stuck up for satch and his products and now that satch is a snake, well indy just must be too right? No, I don't think so, but that is the way the world does it. You are guilty until proven innocent.



4) Indy has always been cool with me...more than cool and he has always shown me the right path as I try and educate myself on gear, fitness, diet, etc. WHen I first came to EF It was to get huge and chat non stop. Well, After doing that for awhile I settled into my role of educating myself to do this right, learn how to train, diet and obtain as much knowledge as possible. Indy has helped me do that countless times without ever pushing satches gear down my throat. I have never used his gear(or any gear) as steroids are illegal and that would be wrong, not to mention I am poor and satch was expensive to say the least. Indy has been my go to guy on this board on learning and sharing knowledge for almost a year now without one sign of scamming or being dishonest in any way shape or form. No I don't know Indy on a "hey lets go get a beer" kind of level, but I have chatted with him long enough to be pretty dang sure he isn't a scammer or part of all this.



5) Radar is right up there with Indy as far as good guys go, he just made a mistake apparently and I do think Galaxy should be allowed to return as well as MissFit and the other members that were "banned" for their issues with his pictures. I don't know that much about that situation but it appears it has all been corrected to some degree. We all make mistakes and do unwise things, and that is what apparently happened here.



One thing I want to caution everyone on is this (sorry for sounding like a dad there). If satch is a scammer then string him up just like chase and just like any other piece of dog crap scammer should be. If he isn't, prove it. The proof is not looking good I will say and it is almost a done deal that he did scam; but we all have had friends or "buddies" do something stupid and we were caught in the crossfire and that is a horrible place to be. Not only were you stabbed in the back by someone you have been sticking up for but you are immediatly accused for simply knowing someone or being someones friend regardless of how strongly you disagree with his current actions. Indy was a great spokesperson for satch and he has now been hung out to dry. Well, Indy, for the record you are a good bro and I stand behind you.
