I see to have incredibly short hamstrings as i cant touch my toes when i bend over. I get about half way down my shin before i cant go lower. I do have a very deep lower back so this might hinder my bending, but what is the best way to increase my flexibility?
I also have an incredibly short stride for someone of my height(6-2, and 36" legs) Could this be due to my lack of flexibility?
