Increased intensity while in the gym?

Anyone know of anything that will directly increase intensity/agression for a short duration while in the gym? It would be nice to go and and hit it hard non-stop until they work out was done.

Not that I have a problem with this but it would be nice to have something to add to the focus.
 
Try ephedra bro, it works great for me. My energy and intensity shoot throught the roof. Caffeine and synephrine also work great. I usually take a Speed Stack on days when I want to hit something really hard.

I was taking ephedra through the hydroxy cut for a while. It was some good stuff but they discontinued the line. I have been looking for a good replacement for a while but I haven't been able to find a good one. Any ideas as to where I should look? This isn't a source question if it is about ephedra is it? If so let me know and I'll delete this asap.
 
No its not a source question, ephedra is just an herb. You can buy pure ephedra and make it into a tea. It's real name is Ma Huang extract. You should be able to find it in any health food store or buy it in bulk online. Brew it up just like any other tea and your good to go. That drink Speed Stack I was telling you about is pretty good. It has ephedra, synpehrine, bitter orange and caffeine in it. But they're like two bucks a pop though. Alot of products still have ephedra in it but a lot of them are discontinuing the products in fear of a lawsuit. Xenadrine makes one that I believe they are going to stop producing soon but you should still be able to get your hands on some. It might be the RFA-1 formula. Just look for Ma Huang as one of the ingredients
