Increased heart rate on AAS

What is tachacardia mate? i find rarely I get heart palpitations, but i cant contribute that to steroids it can be a number of things causing it stress, anxiety etc but in saying that it seemed when i was on tren i was getting them more regulary, almost daily it was pretty scary!

Tachacardia is a resting heart rate over 100 beats per minute. It is considerd high, but I know guys on test only cycles who get it.

Tren is notorious for elevating heart rate and causing palpatations, and night sweats. Ive had alot of mma buddies who used it. Most of them hated the sides.

I also want to mention an elevated heart rate while excersising is normal. My heart rate gets over 200 beats per minute during mma training sessions. But my resting heart rate is between 50-54 beats per minute. When your done working out your heart rate should go back down to its normal resting heart rate, if it doesnt that is bad and you should see a docter.

Thanks for explaining tachardia for me mate, I agree too when im doing my conditioning training my HR goes above my MHR over 200 but always goes back to normal, that MMA training is tough!!!!!

200 heart rate is not normal for anyone over 30 or even 25. as you get older your max heart rate drops. you guys who get 200 heart rates must be very young.

Well this will blow you away then. Im 41 and have had my heart rate over 200 many times. Ive been an athlete all my life and fought profesionally in mma. I still train at mma 4-5 x a week.

I had to take a stress test for my heart for my life insurance last year. They put me on a treadmill and told me to jog until my heart rate reaches 140. I told them my heart will never hit 140 from jogging, they looked at me like i was nuts since i am a big guy. So finally after 7 minutes my heart rates still not over 100 they decide i may be right, lol. So i told the doc crank up the speed to atleast 10 and ill sprint for a while, finally my heart rate hit 140's. 140's is a cake walk for me. Im use to 5minute rounds all out, The doc was very impressed with my cardio output especially for a 41 year old man, lol.

Most pro mma fighters over 30 would disagree with you. Maximum heart rates are impossible to measure directly, but a reasonable estimate of the number of beats can be obtained by subtracting your age from the number 220. This might not even be close to the real maximum heart rate number for many people, but it will definitely get you in the ballpark. A maximum heart rate is simply the fastest rate at which your heart can likely beat.

The working heart rate is calculated by subtracting your resting heart rate from your maximum heart rate. For example if your resting heart rate is 50 and your maximum heart rate is 200, then your working heart rate would be 150+ (200-50).To increase your maximum heart rate you would have to reach your working heart rate and train at that level or higher for a while. Whenever your working heart rate increases so does your maximum heart rate.

Most pro mma fighters who are in fighting shape have working heart rates higher then the average mans maximum heart rate,if they are training properly.
