Incline bench didnt hurt today!!

Today i started with incline instead of flat and also took a closer grip and had no shoulder irritation whatsoever. I also was able to load more weight on the bar which was nice. Thanks to Clint for the tip about grip. Mine was way too wide before. Today i had my thumbs right up against the smooth.

thanks guys. yeah i was pretty psyched myself.
Clint- i will post my workout next week with sets/reps etc. I have a question though....what would be a good 3rd exercise for chest day. Right now my two main movements are incline and flat barbell press then i usually either do weight-assisted dips or maybe the pec-deck. I cant really do flyes cuz of the shoulder so Im looking for a good finishing movement here.

When I used to train for size...I'd normally do Flats, inclines, then dips. I actually liked to do incline cable crosses/flyes to be honest.

I would always try to rotate that 3rd exercise every or every other week though.
