In weight gaining !! HELP

Hello everybody,
I'm a 20 year old guy. I am about 182 cm and 58 KG's only !!! I have tried so many things in order to gain my weight. But I failed.
I am now working out for 2 months, I have taken some supplements like " SERIOUS MASS, CELL PRO and GLUTAMINE" and the result was ONE MORE KILO ONLY ..
Can you help me in this ? I want to gain this weight for godsake !

Well, there is a point I didnt mention in my post. Am a college guy .. in other words I only eat JUNK FOOD !
My diet is like this :

Breakfats =is= SERIOUS MASS
LUNCH =is= JUNK MEAL
30 mins beofre GYM == Cell Pro + Glutamine
immediately afrer gym == Cell Pro + Glutamine
30 mins after gym == SERIOUS MASS
before BED == SERIOUS MASS

sometimes I skip the breakfast or before bed serious mass.
what do u think ?
 
well you've answered your own question.....

i see 0 quality foods eaten...no veggies...no good carb sources...where's the healthy fats???

that diet seriously needs to be tweaked....

what is cell pro and what is serious mass? are those weight gainers? NO products??

for 180lbs....you should be looking upwards over 3500 cals a day to add some weight on...

each meal should contain protein and carbs or healthy fats.

ie. grilled chicken and brown rice with green veggies

or lean beef with veggies

take a look at some other threads....tons of diets in here....but the one you have right now is just terrible to be honest....whole foods is the way to go.
 
Well, Serious Mass a a weight gainer. but Cell pro is CREATINE.
However, I am living alone .. I dont cook any food ! In other words am living on McDonalds ! Can you help in makin me a new diet !?
 
Do you have a Subway? If you must live on fast food, go to the 'make your own sub' places, get the whole wheat bread and chunk meat (steak or chicken breast, no cold cuts) with lots of veggies. You'll need about six of those per day to make your calorie requirements for gaining weight @ 600calories per sandwich. NO pop, drink water or milk.
 
meal 1]
- mhp shake w/ milk and 1/2 cup of oats
- 2 gluc
- vitamins and green tea

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites w/ 1cup of oats

meal 3
- 2 ground chicken patties with cheese and broccoli
- 3/4 cup of brown rice

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 cup of oats

PWO
- mhp shake w/ milk and 1/2 cup of oats and a banana

meal 5
- grilled chicken cooked in olive oil with 3/4 cup of rice
- green beans

meal 6
2 tbsp of anpb

this is what i bulked on for the most part...about 3500cals at 163lbs 8% bf. this is taken right from my log...so do some reading on here and post your own diet...and then we'll critique
 
58 Kilos = 127.8 lbs

Bro, just eat.... eat all day, get good food in, not sugary crap... until you get your protein in first.

6-8 meals every day and you'll gain weight!

aaaahhhh...i looked quickly and saw 180...my apologies!

and mhp does not = just soy...there is soy protein in there yes....about 25%...about 50%whey and another 25% cassein :rolleyes:

I really don't think he needs to be worrying about lean cuts of beef if hes trying this serious to put weight on. Nor are low calorie meals like grilled chicken and brown rice gonna get his calories that high. Bro, think calories, and get them every hour and a half to two hours, calories of 3500-4000 for each day. GL
 
yeah i agree with you...that was my clean bulk diet. i told him to read some other threads and make up his own for us to critque...he obviously doesn't really have a good grip on dieting yet b/c he's drinking 5 shakes a day... so i used the basic examples. i also think he would gain on a clean bulk even if the cals were only 3000 b/c it sounds like he's only been using shakes instead of whole foods
 
You need protein and some real food!! Learn how to cook or you will spend a bundle trying to eat healthy on fast food. Damn fast food and healthy!! Looks stupid typeing those words together. LEARN HOW TO COOK
 
Get one of those portable grills and make chicken/steak/tuna sandwiches on whole grain breads and carry them with you. Add veggies. Eat 6 times a day.

Use some of that money you're saving and get some flax oil and/or fish oil supps. or some MCT. These are a good way to balance your diet and add more calories at the same time.
 
Using the fact that your a college guy as an excuse to eat bad its going to cut it. Im in my fourth year of college and I am able to make my diet work even while having a job, playing rugby, and taking 15 hours every semester. And like they said cut out all the shakes and crap and eat real food.

if you are a fourth year student, you most likely live in your own house or apartment, which makes it a fuckton easier to make your own food then being stuck in the dorms with no means to cook and stuck on a shitty meal plan.

if he is stuck on a meal plan, saying 'being in college' won't cut it isn't realistic. hes trying to gain weight, not shed bodyfat. just eat and lift is my suggestion until you can cook clean foods..

if you are near your parents house, go home on the weekends and cook as much food as you can, if not..well good luck. take advantage of what you can!
