In need of good weight loss/energy pill after having children

Hi All,
I am new to the board. I use to body build over 8 years ago until I started having children. I have four lovely children ages 7, 5, 23 months, 4 months.
Now that I am done having kids, I am really in need of an energy booster and weight loss pills, or what ever would work really good. I plan to start on a good regimine diet plan. I was thinking shake in the morning, turkey/wheat and fruit for lunch, and good supper like chicken and brown rice or something in that means. It will take me at least two years to get back to what I was I am sure. Right now I really need to lose the baby fat and looking for a good energy booster as I am tired so much of the time. But I do a lot to...I train horses, work at a hospital part-time, take care of the kids, housework, outside lawn care now that it is summer, and everything else there is to do ( husband is gone all week ). So as you can see, I need a boost. I have been reading on here about clen and albuterol. I am not sure what would be better. Or is there something different.
Look forward to any comments..
Thanks....KB

No pill is going to give you long term energy. Many pills will give you short-term energy ... until your body adapts to it. Even then, if you are truely sleep-deprived, then no pill will help boost your energy without many negatives. Clen gives you the serious shakes, and is pretty pointless unless you are already lean.

A healthy, balanced diet and a consistant training program with adequate rest will help even out your energy levels. Finding time in your day for YOU will help too - even if it is just 10 minutes to lay down in a dark room.

As for the diet you posted, calories look CRAZY low. Read up on the stickies and you can get some good diet plans!

Even if I had a short term energy boost, it would help me out more. I do get sleep at different days of the week. When I work till midnight to one in A.M. and by the time I get home to bed, then up for the kids and off to school for a couple of them, than my sleep is deprived. It is so hard to get going sometimes. When I was body building way back when :worried: At times I would take ephedrine to help boost lazy days. But I didnt need it everyday. I still look like a football player. My arms/shoulders are quite musclar, but are also flabby some since I havent done much in weights.
I was just wondering which would be better to use...I really cant go without something or I will never get going in the weight loss strategy... and get back to what I use to be.....

Just thought I would share what I know about clen. I treid it. Hated the sides and I don't think it helped me a all. After doing research I found out that unless your BF is 19% or lower clen would not help. I also have young children close in age- 7, 5 and 3. So no more babies but trying hard to get back in shape. I did a quick diet and lost a lot of weight fast but it didn't stay off so now I am back at trying to lose properly. PM me any time to chat :)

IF you are new to using stimulants, I really like AF Store Cardio Breeze because it isn't the crazy body buzz that some give you. Otherwise there are plenty of OTC thermos.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED W/ CLENBUTEROL. Period.

Ultimately diet & training & recovery are what give you ongoing energy that you don't get the high ass kick from and then crash. A big part of a healthy life style and better management of stress & cortisol is keeping more of an even keel than going after massive short term highs and crashes.

I used a product that is over the counter. I don't think you can get it from a store like GNC, you have to go to a nutrition supplement store. The product is called VENOM 3.0 HYPERDRIVE. I used it and lost at least 10 lbs, but I am working out so I feel that I lost more in inches. It gives you energy and mainly it controls your appetite. I have several friends that are using it now and getting good results.

Hope that helps.

Clen is not really worth much. I ran a couple cycles one by itself the other with t3 and nothing happened. Some fair well with it, all depends on your system.

Wow, you must be busy! first & foremost your youngest baby is only 4 months old so don't be too hard on yourself, you need to allow your body & mind to recover from not only pregnancy but a serious lack of sleep.
I have an 8 year old, 24 months & 7 months so i know about sleep deprevation and as much as i have been wanting to train it is so hard to find motivation when all you want to do when you get a moments peace is sleep!
I motivated to train now that my baby is sleeping better at night, still not all night but hay, if i wait for that i could be waiting another year or more!
I have just started on 10mgs of oxandralone, this helps me to feel like a have some strength as it is so disheartening trying to lift weights when you feel so weak. I have found this in the past to burn body fat as well. walking for 45 mins a day and training 3 tmes a week, also thyroid which is a combo of T3 & T4. So will just have to see how it goes.
