in my cycle, dont feel or see anything. help?

Oh guys, help?

22 y/o @ 200lbs and 13% body fat. I started my first true cycle a couple weeks ago and I'm having some trouble, but here's the info.

300mg test enanth/wk
50 mg provirium/day

I've also been taking
1g DHEA/day
1.5g trib/day
2g yohimbe/day
and 500mg L-carnatine/day

My work outs consist of
Mon - Legs 7-8 exercises 4 sets of 8 reps each
Tues - Chest and Tri's 8 exercises each 4 sets of 8-12 reps, everything supersets
Weds- rest
Thurs - Bi's and Back 8 exercises each 4 sets of 8-12 reps, everything supersets or giant sets
Fri- Shoulders and Abs

Ok. . .so my problem is, I've been getting all the side effects (minus gyno) from the stuff, i.e. acne, aggravation, etc, but have yet to see any numbers go up. . .lifting or my weight, nor have a felt this "increased energy" during my work outs everyone raves about. . I've been eating about 3000 - 3500cals a day with about 215g protein in there. . . any advice? Should I increase dosage of test? add something? if so what?
 
well personally i still think you're a little young for juice but that's my opinion...as far as the gear goes, it all depends on your supplier...do you know anyone who took his stuff before and grew from it?? i mean, it might just be really underdosed gear but who knows...however, your calorie intake seems very very low to me...when i'm on a bulking cycle, i eat between 5000 and 7000 calories per day mixed over 6-8 meals per day...

but on a side note, a buddy of mine was taking sust 250 from a VERY well known manufacturer (100% legit gear) and he didn't gain a pound but i gained 20 on the same cycle...

Exactly how many weeks has it been?

Injecting once a week or twice?

Are you gyno prone or have any pre-existing lumps? If no you will probably be okay on 25 proviron..

3500 cals is fine IMO for 200lbs but they should be strict and clean... Consider upping protein...

It IS possible that you are maintaining weight, but shedding fat and gaining water or lbm.. There has to be some weight fluctuation going on

First of all, your supplement regime sounds like something out of the early 90's and is all essentially worthless. Try looking inot some effective supps.

Secondly, proviron will not put on any muscle. It'll add a little hardness due to lowered SHBG but that's it. You can get that from UNLEASHED.

So what you've got is just 300 mgs of test, which may be underdosed. Considering your age, it's probably suppressing more than enhancing.

Naming exercises and sets is pointless. We can't tell how intensely you're training and that may be the problem as well.

My advice -- STOP. Recover. And get on a good training/diet/supplementation routine and see if you can learn how to build muscle before trying to make them magically appear with steroids.
 
I've just been talking the listed sups because of prev. listed advice, if it's wrong ok, but I've been lifting and training for about 7 years or so now, usually on strict diet, and my lifting,. . my lifting buds say is overkill, and possibly over training. I am prone to gynecomastia, hense the 50mg of Proviron - mesterolone - , and I'm not looking to get much bigger just a lot stronger. I did max squat about two weeks before the cycle and it was at 650, so I'm shooting for 750 by the end of the cycle. . .that was my personal goal. I've been into the cycle for 3 weeks, and know it's a legit source. Im just confused because people mention feeling more energized for lifting, and rapid gains in muscle or strength, while i seem to be stuck at this same plateau that's made me choose to use gear.

So, it seems at least two of you mentioned amp up the dose, so I guess I'll bring it up to 450mg/wk and see what happens. Should I add anavar do the mix?

Up your calories. Quit running around the gym giant setting everything. Focus on basic compound lifts, squats, deads, rows, military presses, etc. Heavy wieghts! You want to get bigger you have to get stronger. Eat hard, train hard, you'll grow.
 
Like nubin said your problably droping BF% and gaining lean mass. Im on my first cycle 1 month in and at first I was like what the @@ I only gained 2 pounds in a month, but now a month and a bit I realize i lost quite a bit of fat and filled out a lot. Give it time bro, and re analize in two weeks.

Also, i juste look at the mirror now and forget the scale. The scale can be deceiving.

alright bro, thanks :-). But should I still go up to 450 or 500mg/wk?
 
If its been 2 weeks and your taking test ent, it takes 2-3 weeks to 'kick' in. That's why people frontload with dbol or other for that immediate strength. Dbol imo is a great substance to supplement if your looking for immediate strength gains.
 
again thanks for the reassurance. . hopefully everything will kick in within the next week or so. Also, should i got 10wks on or 15?

This is an option, but 300mg should do the trick.



For 200lbs, and your protein intake is only 215grams/day you said? You need to get somewhere around 300 grams a day.

up the protein, and wait 2 more weeks. If the results still aren't coming that well, up the dose to 400mg and see how that works.


How's your strength?
 
On my current cycle, I didn't feel anything until the end of the 4th week, I was startinng to think the gear was fake but then it hit me like a ton of bricks. now I want to bang anything with a heartbeat
 
^^ just stay away from me bro! lol

stay with 10 weeks. I did 12 weeks for my first and got gains all the way til the end.
up the cals a little too..
great job on the squats btw!
That's free weights not the machine right ;)

How's your strength?

strength hasn't changed, the only dif is even when im dead, I still "want" to go longer and harder

and yes free weight . . i personally hate machines. . .I had a phone vid clip of my doing the warm up at 505 for 5, then the cam broke for the final lift. I was soooo pissed. . but when i go for 750+ im making sure there's a few cams for it.

Listen to Nelson. He knows his ish. Get yourself in a good suppliment/training/diet routine then go for it. Don't waste your money or time on AAS until you got a solid plan! My first cycle was garbage because I didn't have a good plan. Don't make my mistake.

28 sets per muscle? Too much bro. 20 sets per muscle is the most you should do. Your protien intake is sufficient. Just eat more calories. Try 5x5 for mass.

Simple. Only two weeks. Not enough test. The supps are worthless.
 
on week 5 on test e/tren e/eq and week 4 i started to feel it now week 5 its in full force, i felt the aggression libido etc like in week 2-3, so hold on it will hit you soon
