I liked the idea of the other POLL, but you would die if those where the only food sources, so I have given more choices. All include 1 multivitamin and unlimited veggies

1) Beef fillet and oats
2) Beef fillet and low GI bread
3) Chicken breasts and brown rice
4) Chicken breasts and peanut butter
5) Whey protein and oats
6) Tuna AND brown rice
