That letter is bullshit, Aspertame is made of two amino acids, no evil chemicals. It's natural not synthetic. A lot of bullshit has been circulated by the suger industry. Phenylalanine is one of the aminos so if you have the disorder known as PKU you can't use it. The FDA said it is safe to use 5000mg a day for a 220 pound male. That' 97 packets.
