Okay, I just wanted your gals opinions on implants. I am a very small build. I am 110lbs,5'4,0 waist , about34 nearly B chest. My hubby doesn't want me to workout my chest because I am so small, he said it would look funny. So I have been debating implants but am worried about looking "unporportioned". If any of you girls can give me your thought I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

in my opinion....it is very much a personal opinion. i would definately do the homework involved and make an educated decision for yourself and your lifestyle. i am a small woman as well and i don't look "unporportioned". i really love mine. btw, if you want to work your chest...do it girl! personally a hard body is very sexy. your husband ought to support ya in whatever you decide to do to improve yourself and your health!

This may sound silly, but fill some baggies with water or something, then stuff it in a bra or a sports bra so theres room to stretch and see if you like what it'll look like....

How would developed pecs look "funny" on your chest. Now if they were on your ass, I'd say they'd look funny there, but I thought they were supposed to be on the chest? Has gross anatomy changed since I was in school?

Seriously,

I have a client whose husband says she now has square boobs because of developed pecs. They are even more obvious now that she is lean. She talked him into implants.

that is great!!! :lmao:

Working your chest will not make your boobs look funny. Losing bodyfat will make them smaller, which is why I am currently researching implants. My chest has never looked better, but my boobs have disappeared (but based on the other cool changes in my body this really isn't a bad thing). I've gone the padded route a few years and am ready to take the plunge.

In my reasearch, I've looked at hundreds of before/after pictures of implants. Personally I think the chests of women who workout look MUCH better, both before AND after. Boobs, real or fake, or no boobs at all, a trained chest just looks SO much better. A lot of girls who don't work out (even the skinny ones) tend to get those two little pockets of fat that look like they're squishing out of their armpits. As women age, their skin and muscles grow lax if not trained. Anything on our bodies that goes lax also goes South, so train that chest - implants or not!

If you do decide on implants, you and your surgeon will discuss the size you want. Check out the photos, most post stats like height, weight and breast size, so you can get an idea from looking at women with stats like yours. It's completely your decision what size you go.

First of all, a good surgeon won't give you disproportionate implants. All you end up with is either back problems or going back to get it fixed.

Do some reading on www.implantinfo.com if you want the real take on it. The pain is like nothing you've ever gone thru before because its on your torso - affects your ability to move around and all. But after the first 2 days (and don't forget that u will get painkillers to get thru it!) its just the occassional shooting pain from your nerve endings and then the general discomfort which is more annoying than anything. But after the first week its not that big a deal.

The point is to do it if you are sure that you want to. The only thing is that once you do it, its hard to go back. You are now "stretched out" and it just doesn't work that great to remove them if you dont like them. But I think the % of people who dont' like them is very small. You may hear people telling you to go check out www.siliconholocaust.com - its good to be aware of what can go wrong, but those are the horror stories - check implantinfo.com & implantforum.com and talk to some real people about their results. Just like any other surgery, get an excellent doc and dont' be cheap about the surgery u get. If it doesn't come out right, then make sure the doc goes back and fixes it. That is the risk you take w/ all invasive surgery. That's where you really need to be responsible for yourself and educate yourself - dont' just listen to what other people tell you.

You should visit more than one doctor, your first consultation is free, ask all the questions you can think of,a good doctor will be upfront with the pro's and cons. I researched for 2 years befors I decided to get implants, I thought I might be dispropotional because i am only 5'2' 115lbs my bodyfat was at 11% when I had them done. A good doctor will tell you what is suitable for your body, I went from a 34b to a 34c/d. Make sure you ask about implant shapes and over the muscle or under. GOOD LUCK:D
