I'm pissing every f***ing 15 mins. anyone have this problem..

Is it really that important to drink so much water... I'm drinking about 4 liters a day. Where I work it is sometimes hard for me to go to the washroom... It seems sometimes that I have to go every 15 mins. Help, what can I do ????
 
on water.....

i'm in college, and i have the same problems, sometimes every 10 minutes for me. I've tried drinking most of my water before i work out, or at the end of the day so i'm at home and not busy and having to get up all the time. I thought creatine would help, but i didn't see any effects.
 
thanks for the replies... It's great to know that I'm not alone with the same problem.... lol ....However, do I really need that much water ????

If you are eating lots of protein, then the water is required. I love to drink lots and lots of water. It keeps me full, and all the bathroom trips are just extra exercise.

I usually drink most of my water before 3pm. Then it's green tea, 6 - 8 cups of it, in the afternoon and evening. I don't wake up in the middle of the night to squirt, but when I do wake up in the morning damn do I have to GO! Fells like I am draining the lizard for hours.
 
When I am on the creatine I have the same problem, toilet every 10 mins . Other tahn that, I don't think there you can have "too much water" but also there is no need to over do it.
 
Right now i'm not used to drinking so much... school and work got me busy and I have to be able to make it to school w/out stopping to take a leak. When I did drink a gallon and a half i was making a trip every hour to the bathroom. I would drink about 3 cups of water just in the first hour i woke up. And usually by the 3rd or 4th hour i was already at half a gallon. You feel very full though and makes your belly feel like it's growing... but you gotta do it.
