It varies with individuals....I don't bloat off dbol, but my diet is tight as hell. i only intake 800mg of sodium and 5,000mg potassium a day even at 3700 cals a day. It's a fact that dbol make you retain water, but water follows solutes and salt is the main contributor to that. Watch your diet and you won't have that problem! What we tend to do is think that if we don't add salt to our foods then we stop the sodium problem, but if you really think about it almost every thing we eat has sodium. Look at tuna which is excellent for muscle building, but dammit it's in a can that's loaded with sodium! And have you looked at wheat bread that so many thinks is the best thing in the world...Yeast is loaded with sodium and you can't make bread without it...well at least not good bread!
 
If I take nolvadex to get rid of the water retention while on dbol, is nolvadex gonna work againts dbol in any other way but get rid of the water retention?

dbol is a muscle builder period...the only thing that can stop that is lack of food and/or training!
 
How are you guys' hair on the Dbol??
I did dbol for a few weeks starting onto a deca cycle that I used for joint rehab and man, the hairline receded. I experienced some of that w/ a sust250 + dbol last year, but w/ deca, it seemed far worse, probably because I couldn't take finasteride with it.

All things aside, I tell everyone that dianabol is the greatest drug ever invented by man. When on 30-40mg of this shit per day, I feel like I can lift a house. No fear of any weights. Aerobic recovery off hook for competitive sports like BJJ or wrestling. It's like I tell people, this shit really IS the "Breakfast of Champions," that shit's no joke. If I didn't feel like my hair was evaporating from use, I'd be at risk of hitting these little pink wonderpills forever.

how old are you bro and are you prone to mpb? When you say your hairline receded, how much actually? I have done one small cycle of dbol and didnt notice much but my hair was a little thin anyway.

Question for you experienced bros. Do you have to use hcg during/after cycle that contains dbol? Will use loose your gains if hcg isn't used? For instance:

Test @ 500mg 1- 12
Dbol @ 30mg 1 - 4

Would I loose my gains if I used proper pct/training/sleep but didn't use hcg?
