It varies with individuals....I don't bloat off dbol, but my diet is tight as hell. i only intake 800mg of sodium and 5,000mg potassium a day even at 3700 cals a day. It's a fact that dbol make you retain water, but water follows solutes and salt is the main contributor to that. Watch your diet and you won't have that problem! What we tend to do is think that if we don't add salt to our foods then we stop the sodium problem, but if you really think about it almost every thing we eat has sodium. Look at tuna which is excellent for muscle building, but dammit it's in a can that's loaded with sodium! And have you looked at wheat bread that so many thinks is the best thing in the world...Yeast is loaded with sodium and you can't make bread without it...well at least not good bread!
