hello everyone my name is paul and i finally got back to the gym after 1 month due to moving to another country... anyways....

my personal trainer is gonna get me into this routine

deca 100mg once a week on fridays for the next 6 weeks injection
winstrol depot 1ml- 50 mg once a week on wednesdays for 6 week injection
somatropin T 8 ui every night before going to bed for 6 weeks
and test 300 every week on mondays for 6 weeks injection ..

does this sound right... is this a low cycle .. is i ok?

please i need the help.. and i heard that ppl here were really nice and knew what they were talking about.. any comments appreciated

btw im 27 male and im 5´10"

Heya Paul welcome to the board .:wavey:

Nope there is a lot of wasted gear in that cycle , the amounts and time of use are all wrong .

And PCT has he got that sorted out for you , you should research for your self more and pct and first cycles .

Well the decca at 100mg wk is only going to lube your joints you won't see gains from that amount and the same with the winni at 50 mg wk you won't see anything from that at all !
The hgh is high but not ran long enough to see good gains 6 months min IMO .
A hood first is test e/c at 300>400 wk for 8 to 10 wks but you need to get a pct plan before you do any thing and a better understanding of how the things you put in your body work and the possible side affects mate .
Ask any thing you want that didn't break the rules you will allways be answered with respect here .

I'll ask again, have you done any cycles before and if so what were they? How much do you weigh? What is your bodyfat percentage? What are you're overall goals?

But really, T2010, If I compare the cyc I have done that were told to me by big guys at the gym compared to cyc that I have completed after help and knowledge gained from here - - there is no comparison. First thing, out of all the bros in the gym-only one mentioned pct and all he said was I think u can use some clomid or nolva. They knew of no difference in esthers. That should have been the first sign-had I known better. If ur gonna do aas, you need research and information for safety and recovery. And here, there are guys that have very good knowledge and experience that will help you utilize what you do decide to do for maximal gains/recovery.


Don't get me wrong. There are good bros in the gym, I just haven't met any. Then again, where I go I mention nothing of what I take besides OTC supps.

is he a certified trainer or did he just tell you hes a trainer? cause it doesnt seem like he knows anything... and personally i dont know any personal trainers that would suggest aas to their clients, that would put their job in the shits if anyone else found out i would think?

ok so i started working out about 8 months ago and i started from 138 lbs and im now 163 lbs...

the only cycle i started is cuz a friend from gnc gave me so me test and said that i would helo me and that is the only cycle i have done...
my gf is a cna and she was giving me about 1cc every other day and then i started takin one cc a day... and thats how i saw the result i have now.. i was pretty happy with the results...

and that was just with test ... i dont know the name of it.. but i did that for 3 months and im happy... now this called personal trainer is making me do this cycle saying that im gona see results within 3 weeks...

i do want to do this.. but i want to do it right...

so if someone can tell me how to do it.. i would really appreciate it

STOP DOING STEROIDS RIGHT NOW! You have only been working out for 8 months AND you have already used stuff? You have NO real training history, you have no idea what the compounds do to your body or how to take them, you most likely do not have a diet down, and I am scared to know what your training break down is like. You need to put in SEVERAL years of NATURAL training and build a base, which you have already screwed up lol Seriously, you are using drugs for a SHORTCUT which is NOT what they are intended for!

Im not trying to be rude, but you should attempt to reach your NATURAL potential and ONLY use drugs to help you EXCEED these natural limits when you can no longer grow naturally. AT THE VERY LEAST you should take the time to LEARN about the compounds you are pumping into your body and how EACH one effects you, the side effects, what you need to counter act if you have any issues. Most people on this board put in YEARS of training and diet tweaking before EVER touching steroids.

Please break down your daily diet meal by meal for us and describe your workout schedule, if you dont mind.

Completly agree with DjLegacy!

You have not trained anywhere near as long as you should have before touching AAS. The fact you posted a bad cycle just because a "trainer" told you to do it got me annoyed.

Leave the steroids alone for now. If you must use them stick to your test only from GNC. Its seems to be helping and its alot safer than pointless cycles some guy in the gym with the word trainer on his shirts told you about.

Yeah I fully agree you gotta look at your diet first mate , I know hard to hear but we all been there , you got lots more natty growth left in you and training and diet will get you your goals ATM .
We can hook you up with the best diet to gain and the training forum is the best around .

no its ok everyone... i really appreciate everyones opinion.. even urs djlegacy...

i do have a great diet... i mean i must not seem like i have a great experience or the knowledge but im getting there,.. im sure it takes years and i respect that.. no doubt.
although its hard for everyone in this forum to see what im talking about...
i dont blame anyone...
but lke i said i have done the research on these things i taking... and their side effects...
if i didnt care or i was reckless i would be taking anything and in any amounts... but im not.. that why im doing my homework...

as a matter fact i got the hgh from my doctor he gave me that so no problem there...
i hope to hear from anyone....

but more likely i wll just stay with test and hgh and thats it... that shot of wini is killing my ass.. sore.. hahahaha...

but if someone could recomend me a good cycle with just testo then ill be more than happy and yes i will listen to everyone of you guys...

it takes years to get where you need to be naturally before aas should be considered. if you want help on the diet aspect post up what you have and we can look into that.

WOW, your trainer is a dumb dumb. get a new one and do research before choosing (certifications, past experience...). proper diet with the right trainer will give you better results than the sweet, sweet cycle your trainer gave you! Its not what you want to hear, but honestly, its definitely the best approach. as for the cycle, the only thing he got right was the test 300-and that's still debatable.

no you got plenty of answers they just wherent what you wanted to hear so you will fish for the 1 guy who says go ahead its ok do this, then you will blindly run that. you are taking the wrong aproach. good luck
 
first off, if you do steroids now, your results will be poor. and secondly you ran a test cycle before and from what i gather didn't run a PCT.. so you pretty much wasted your money and time already.. lets not make the same mistake again.

so this is what you should do. I would train 5X a week for the next 6 months. and stick to a strict diet.. plenty of solid protein and fresh produce.

and keep researching and reading the forums. suck up as much info as possible during that time. read the pro's and con's.

then if you insist on trying aas. go with 400/week deca and 500/week sustanon for example. (or any test of your choosing), you will see good results from that..

then lineup a solid PCT.. depending on what you decide to take there is plenty of good ideas on here.. you dont want to take nolvadex with deca for sure.. and many have the opinion that nolv sucks regardless. you will find good ideas for PCT on the boards so keep researching.

for me I am 12 year experienced and bench 295, and I'm only 5 6 175 pounds.. and even I dont plan on doing a 2nd cycle until I toughen up my body further and then when i hit a point where I want to push myself to another level and I have a kick ass PCT lined up, I will do a cycle. until then I am smart enough to know that I still can improve from here and will be patient and do things the right way and be comfortable in what i do.

right now you dont even know how to run a proper cycle, much less a proper PCT.. this is why peeps on here are getting on your case.. we all been there before and we dont want to see you make the mistakes we made. the first cycle i did i thought I knew enough and looking back i wish i would of waited cause I know much more today and could of ran a much better cycle and had better results. so keep on sucking up info and then when you are confident you know everything about what you are taking for both cycle and PCT then you can give it a shot.

Wow, this kid is going to go screw himself up, he doesn't want to take the time to LEARN he just wants people to tell him what to do. These are the exact people that give steroids a bad name. I get sad when I see people like this...

deca will give you limp dick. 1 ml of winny is about 50 mg. It will give you a sore injection site and nothing much else.

HGH? 1-2 a day is max! And only for 5 days. Test 300??? This might off set the deca

Forget the aas and the HGH. Workout with a strict diet for at least 6 months. And read every sticky at the top of this forum.

I'm 6' 230 and 66 years old with 50 years of experience. I learned a huge amount here by reading and listening.
 
Kinda off topic, but isn't it recommended to inject the HGH in the morning, or just not at night?... As to limit the decrease in Natural GH during sleep?

I perfer in the mornings 45 minutes before that first insulin spike!
