Im New 2 Steroids Any Advice Plz

Im 11 stone and 5'10 i dont want 2 look like a meat head i just want 2 land around the 13 stone mark with a beach body as im moving 2 the sun next year. what would ulot reccomend taking i dont know as much as any of u but i was thinking that 6-8 weeks d-bol stacked with winny and finish with some clomid. what keeps 'bitch tits' away and i proberbly wont inject because im shhiit scared of doing that.
 
At 5'10" and 150 lbs the most anabolic substance I can suggest is more food. You may think you're eating enough, but if you track your daily intake I think you will find it's not nearly as much as you think. Check out this site:

This will allow you to track the nutrient ratios and calories for everything you eat. Monitor your weight progress in relation to your diet. If you aren't gaining - you aren't eating enough.

Anabolic steroids are not the answer here. If you can't eat enough to gain naturally, you don't stand a chance of making solid gains from a cycle.

stone = 14lbs correct?

you wanna go from 154 to 180 stayin lean

26 lbs of lean body mass in less than a year with out roids is possible(for young men with little or no training) but very difficult.
once you have been a trained athelete and acchieved some natural growth,
barring the hormonal roller coaster of puberty, its damn near impossible naturaly

oral only stacks are horrible on your body and its hard to maintain gains after

i have a challenge for you
have your body composition checked
post your exact stats including bf%
read everything that was posted and linked in this thread
then do it for 4/6 months
redo the body composition
post your results
if you are not happy with the results
you have a few months left to hit the juice before you move

just remember this
i was stuck at 228 couldnt get heavier

i wasnt planning to take them untill christmas time and ill do wot u said till then can u buy special scales to do that stuff or do u have to visit the doctors. what suppliments should i be taking up2 then i used 2 have creatine with protien shakes can u tell me some more things to take.
I no some people say there all rubbish but i will take anything that will help the littlest bit. thanks :evil:

start with the stickys and read and take notes
they have detailed instructions and are far to often ignored
make a plan
grow and let us know
some suppliment shops have electronic scales to calc body fat
some have caliper kits to do the same at home
also gyms
good luck
 
for body fat measurements ... local gym Personal Trainers can do it.

Have them do it 2-3 times at once.... take the average number.

Glad you're holding out a little while at least... stuff to take:

Multi Vitamin
Milk
Red meat
Chicken
Pasta
Rice
Pizza
