I hear people giving advice about losing weight without any aas to aid you in the process.Well, i lost 12 lbs so far with diet and cardio but i dont look like i want to look. When i was taking winny at 50mg\ed and primo my muscles looked really good with the weight loss. I know i can reach 200lbs by january but i dont want to look skinny and depleted. Did anyone experience this with their diet and cardio? I want to start my anavar cycle when i get down to 215lbs im 235lbs right now. What do some of you suggest i should do 1.keep going with my weight loss diet or 2. keep going but add my cycle of anavar and winny to help keep my muscle.

keep trucking along natural as long as you can. Always sucks to waste a cycle... I've been basically blasting and cruising on my cut changing the game to suit my needs... Allows me to remain anti-catabolic at points and gain LBM at others... But that's a serious choice to make, and not for everyone.

Even on AAS you can lose density and fullness... It's very diet and supplement dependent even on AAS.

What's your diet look like? That's the biggest factor as to why you are depleted.

In addition, I have found that using multiple NO2 supps, creatine, along with AAKG throughout the day, bcaa's, etc can really go a long way to keeping you full looking. Even keeping your sodium intake up can keep you full.

sounds like you are doing great bro,, lost 12 lbs off diet and cardio that awesome of course you are going to feel a lil depleted and your muscles are not going to be full...i would suggest keep going natty and doing what you are doing without knowing your diet maybe bump up protein a lil and work with it.. then do a cycle results will be much better.. sounds like you are doing great now, just miss the full look.. its still there...

I will take the advice to keep going without using any juice right now. Im doing good and my body now adjusted to the low calorie, high protein, med fat, low carb diet im on. But i still cannot wait to hit the anavar and winny cycle later. I know some dont like people using these two together but i love what winny do to my body. I never used anavar but i hear it's really good at 50mg e\d. I did fina, test, primo with winny in a cycle before and had good results. but now i just want to lean out at 200lbs and stay that size forever.
5'11" , 200lbs will look good on me.

Regardless of if you are trying to shred out, you still need carbs to properly train. Don't go too low on the carbs for now.

Losing weight is all about diet, diet, diet..period!
What and when you eat it has a direct effect on fat loss, muscle fullness and how you feel.

The number one problem many ppl face is how much to eat. Many cut down on their food intake to see results but that will run into a wall long term.(I've done myself too) In some individuals doing high protein and low carbs is just as bad.
Your body will go crazy with the glucose when you start eating carbs again and works very inefficiently without carbs because it keeps depleating your muscle;s glycogen for the daily energy needs. It is a lot harder to take energy from fat than sugars.

The key is to cycle you carbs or time your carbs throughout the day for best results. Also, dont keep cuting down on your carbs too much either. I really dont like only having 100g of carbs a day or less for a just a basic weight loss program and not competing, I usually shoot for 200g/day and 250on workout days. Let the cardio take care of the fat loss.(30-45 min first thing in the morning on an empty stomch everyday is a fat killer!!)
The way you feel is most likely a sign of glycogen depletion from lack of carbs!
You might need to carb up and replenish the glycogen in your body...then you will feel that fulness you looking for.

For example when I diet down I eat my carbs meals like this
Meal 1-60g of carbs
meal 2-50g
meal 3-50g
meal 4-50g
meal 5- 10g ( from veggies)
meal 6- no carbs
Following morning 30-45 min of cardio before meal 1

I dont feel flat at all and usually loose 1-2 lbs of fat a week
Hope this helps
good luck

Great post!

Lately I have been taking in all High GI carbs before, during, and after training... Roughly 200g or so... It's a tkd of sorts... But we are talking 200g simple carbs here. I am full and shredding out, in single digits body fat. Gotta have the carbs to properly train. At this point, hoping to lose 1lbs per week.

Don't overdo the carbs, but keep them while you can. And don't eat them when you don't need them... If you aren't training, you don't neccessarily need them.

Figure out what works for you and roll with it while it works.

Right on bro,

The simple sugars are great to use after and during workouts to properly recover from workouts, even when dieting!
It;s all about timing
