And as far as gear goes, maybe var for protein synthesis during this time but thats it. Unless you are using liberal amounts of t3 etc I dont think gear is needed. Clen in high amounts builds muscle but most cant take the sides...and we are talking 400-700 mcg a day.
Diet and cardio matter most. If that is dont right you lose muscle as well and dont get the look you hoped for.
