Here is my routine. I like it.

cable crossover 2x5

Cable row 2x5

Sumos 2x5
Standing calf raise 2x15

Incline DB 2x6/7 (DBs only go to 120lb @ my gym)
BB curl 2x5
OH rope ext 2x7
Hammer Shrugs 2x5

PM
Cable crossover 2x5
Core work

Wide pullups 2x6

I do not take a day off!

Best of all: NO CARDIO!!!

I also do bw dips whenever I feel like it.

The only thing I'm missing is doing Yoga.
 
PLEASE TELL me the point??????

It takes more time to change and shower than it does to train...........what good is this routine? 10 mins of what?
 
I love squats but I respond to well to them. Same with deads. My legs get too big. If I do both squats and deads, it is a big problem. So I just pick one and I like deads best.

It takes about 30 minutes including warm up sets and stretching. Rest about 2 minutes between sets.

I don't spend much time appying makeup and such, but I do partake in hot-cold showers which consumes time, but is beneficial to recovery.

Seems to be a little disorganized - but if it works for you, that's all that matters. Tell me, do you have a home gym?
