I'm in some seriuos fucking pain here

Hey bro, does it hurt if you try and turn it straight? I had something very similar. I had to hold my head tilted to the right. The doc said it was a neck spasm. I never felt such a sharp pain in my life before. Try and get heating pad if you can

Sure does. I have to lean it to the left, and can barely look straight ahead...forget about even turning it slightly to the right.

You should see me walk.....I look like Ozzy Osbourne over here.

Sounds like you might have a pinched nerve in your neck. I used to get them damn things all the time when I did behind the neck shoulder presses. Usually would take 4-5 days before it would loosen up again. I too agree with what some of the other guys said......take motrin/advil, use heat & rest it. I would think that it will be ok but will probably take close to a week or so to heal.

Thats exactly what the Doc said it is...a pinched nerve.

He gave me some muscle relaxers, and 6 Vicoden. Told me to take 800mg Motrin 3 times a day. I pooped a Vicoden a little earlier and its making the pain MUCH more bearable...too bad I only have 5 more though :(.

I figure I'll take next week off from training, and start back up again the following week. Well, I was kinda due for a week off anyway since I'm starting my cycle next weekend.

How do I go about finding a good Chiropractor in my area? I'd love to good one, if I can find one.

hey bro i'm no doctor but i think they are more effective if you take em orally,,,,lol just fuckin with ya,
a chiro is the way to go after the adjustment it may take a day or so to feel normal but it will definetly speed up recovery.

Maybe ask around the gym. Personally, I just used the yellow-pages method and picked one that specialized in sports injury. He turned out to be pretty good and I ended up using him for about 3 years.

I had this doing bench, I pinched a nerve in my neck, and i couldnt straighten my neck out for a couple days and yes it KILLS, i couldnt even walk... Take advil and rest it, but a heat pad on the area that hurts. This is what I did and it slowly got better, I could straighten it out, it took about a week for it to fully go away, but yea goto a doctor or a chiropracter to see if they can help you out further. Best of luck.
