I'm I wrong?

Maybe. Maybe not. If that is what it takes to get that person motivated then I guess it is good. I would hope that 300lb fat pig case they are focusing a lot of time on cardio and not just weight lifting.

I would have paid someone 500$ for the knowledge I have.

Well, the small hometown gym I goto the PT training comes from the Owner with membership fee. He will personally give you a super personalized program..

Which inclues 70 year old 90 pound Betty Sue doing Peck Deckz, Someone on his staff telling me going below parallel is bad for my knees and he does his parallel and in the smith like the owner said to be safer on the knees.

Now, I can see having a 300 pound male that is in his 20's or 30's looking to retain muscle, even older, and women around thet age range and have them do really hard weight training. But 55 year old 300 pound Betty Sue doing Peck Deckz, and then she goes for a rousing set at Tricep Push downs.

He has so much crap that even I know wrong and I barley know what the hell is going on. He bought a bunch of new equipment and my wife asked to see where the new Hyper Bench was at. He took her in the room and demonstrated how to do it, then she demonstrated how to do it properly. How do you f**k up a Hyper?

I figured ya'all might have got a lil chuckle out of some of it, I could type 2000 page essay on all the crap he does wrong. I ain't a guru or anything but wow.

Don' get mad when you see someone doing your max for reps SS...it happens. Not to me, but to you it seems.

Fuggin balance boards are all the rage at my gym too, the PT's have 300 lb Mary and 80lb youngguns doing the same balance board body weight squats. Then they run them to the Smith Machine for the feet forward, 4" ass drop Smith squat with a nickel on each end. I get the same advice from one of the "trainees" all the time. "You shouldn't go below parallel on your squats because you risk injury, also why don't you use a pad?" I just grunt and turn away. His PT can't even squat 2 plates for reps so why is his trainee attempting to give me advice?
