I've spent too much time babysitting the children on C&C, and now it's time for me to spend most of my time on the training board again.

Tonight it's shoulders.

military press 4x6
machine shoulder press 4x6
lateral raises 2x8
front raises 2x8
corner raises 2x8

bb shrugs 4x6-8
db shrugs 3x8, and one last set running the rack.

Then 30 minutes of light cardio on the treadmill.

Those are raises done with your arms halfway between front raises and side raises. You do them with your palms facing each other. I learned them during physical therapy after my shoulder surgery. They hit the shoulder from a different angle, and seem to help me a great deal.
 
I did legs today, and it hurts to walk or sit. ;)

plate loaded squat press super setted with hack squats 4x8, then one final set on the squat press of 15 reps

calf press 3x15
standing calf raise 3x15
kneeling leg curls 3x10
SLDL's 3x8

Then some ab work.

Now I'm home eating. :RADAR ;)
 
Today is/was chest and biceps day.

For chest I did

incline bb press 4x6
flat db bench 4x6
pec dec 3x8
decline bb press 3x8
(I had to change up my order because of other people on the equipment.)

biceps

hammer curls 3x8
ez bar curls 4x6
incline curls 3x8
(This is the first direct bicep work I've done in almost four weeks. They felt good after that rest period. )


Then some ab work and 15 minutes on the treadmill to loosen my legs after yesterday.
