nothings wasted, I work in a wholesale fish co. we sell everything from head to tail, even the feet.

def. redneck style. we do it out of a boat, you snag then with a light rod, then follow the light line to them then snag with a heavy duty rod, then harpoon them then bangstick to the neck, just behing the head. its never quite that easy, but thats the condensed version.

My brother lives in florida and when out gator hunting the night it opened. He bagged a 14 footer. Close to 500 pounds i think he said

They are more active at night plus easier to spot, you shine the spotlight and you will see two eyes reflect in the light .Basically thats all that is proluding out of the water.
