Well if I ever happen to be within 500 miles of either of these locations I'll try to find a local to help me fine the appropriate clothing, but since I really have no need to travel that far (I'm more likely to party down in Tijuana Mexico if I wanted to go to a distant location with a different culture). This being considered, your advice is not helpful.

underarmours are fine for sporting events, but even then, i don't wear the skin tight stuff. when i'm out and see somebody with skin tight underarmours or something of that material, i'm thinking "what a toolbag". if you're big, it'll show no matter what you wear. there is no need to wear skin tight clothing that screams look at me.
