Drop your calories by 500 per day. Switch your diet to something like 50/25/25 protien/fat/carbs if it isn't already like that. Take winstrol @ 50mg ed for 8 weeks, and do both morning cardio on an empty stomach for 20-30mins. ed and 20-30mins. of cardio after each weight workout. Make sure you take milk thistle, glutathion, and NAC to protect your liver. You shouldn't really need any PCT after this cycle, just keep training and eating the same as on cycle, although you can drop the am cardio pc.
