I'm Fat, Bloated And Desperately Need Cycle Help!

Doing cardio after a workout is telling your muscles to go ahead and shrink...go home and eat after lifting

This statement isn't completely accurate.

Active rest (no more than 60% of estimated max heart rate), will speed recovery faster than complete rest alone. 10-20 minutes of light aerobic activity post workout removes approximately 60-85% of the lactic acid built up in your muscles. Withoust active rest, it can take the body up to 4 hours to completely clear the lactic acid and other metabolic wastes from the muscle tissue.

thanks for the advice....but I still want to do a cycle to build up on lean muscle mass while losing fat. So what would you all recommend?

Winstrol? Anavar?

How about you learn to train and diet before doing AAS?????????????

I know I'm a fatass, but I'm trying my best to cut, and it seems like all anyone can say is eat less....I've been doing that, and have already dropped about 40lbs. of fat. I'm just looking to build up some lean muscle mass with AAS while I continue to lose fat.

So can anyone recommend a cycle, such as using winstrol or anavar, please?

You've probably got alot more mass than you think you do. These guys are being very upfront with you bro. The key to cutting is diet and cardio (the "cardio in the morning on an empty stomach" thing has alot of science behind it, by the way).

Try 8 weeks on Win 50mg ed in conjunction with the calorie cutting, keep your protein up to minimize muscle loss.

Just remember that the gear is a helper, not a miracle worker. You want the results...gotta, gotta, gotta pay the dues!

Out of the two cycles you listed, I would say Cycle 1. DBol doesn't belong in a cutting cycle.

But I have to agree with everyone here - it is down to diet. If your diet isn't in check, you might as well throw your money down the toilet instead of getting the AAS.

We might be wrong but probably a lot of the bros who have replied here suspect that at 23% bodyfat your diet probably isn't sound enough for you to get the results you want even with the AAS. Not a flame, just trying to help. You could post your diet (or intended diet) to prove us wrong of course.

Also your goals conflict and I would be very surprised if you can effectively build lean mass without compromising your fat loss goal.

But good luck.

all orals says your not ready for steriods.

anything over 15%+ bf doesn't really need aas. you should have no probs maintaining your muscle until you go sub 15%.

Thanks to everyone for their help....

I think that I will continue my low-fat diet, while taking in large quantities of protein in conjuction with a 50mg ed Winstrol cycle to continue cutting down.

Thanks for the advice everyone.
