I'm Fat, Bloated And Desperately Need Cycle Help!

My stats are as follows:

5'9"
250lbs.
23% BodyFat
270lb. BenchPress

I came off of a 40mg ed, 8 week dbol cycle (DBOL ONLY) three months ago. I'm looking to start my next cycle, and I know I really need to cut.

So what should I do? I have been recommended two cycles (shown below), but any advice would be appreciated.

CYCLE 1 FOR CUTTING:

Winstrol, 40mg ed, weeks 1-8
Anavar, 30mg ed, weeks 1-6

CYCLE 2 FOR CUTTING:

Winstrol, 40mg ed, weeks 1-8
Dbol, 20mg ed, weeks 1-6

As a third option, would running winstrol by itself for 8-10 weeks be okay? What kind of gains would I see from a winstrol only cycle?
 
and other than your stats where is your question? lol am I missing something here?
 
oh sorry missed it. lmfao sorry bout that. You're looking in the wrong place. You can cut very effectively on any aas as long as diet is in check. Also cardio @ 20-30mins/day AFTER weights would help alot as well.
 
If you are primarily concerned with fat loss, decrease your caloric intake and increase your caloric expenditure. If you want to spend your money on something worthwhile, Thermorexin would be an added bonus. AAS isn't necessary in this particular scenario and will not yeild dramatic results.

I agree with Lil' Jubei completely.

Weights then 30-45 min. of cardio......preferably exercise bike or treadmill.

As Jenetic so eloquently stated: decrease calorie intake and increase calorie expenditure.

I don't agree, do your cardio in the morning first thing in the am empty stomach only take some water and BCAA's. Doing cardio after a workout is telling your muscles to go ahead and shrink...go home and eat after lifting

Is this really true? I normally ride a stationary bike or stepmaster after my work out for about 30min. I always felt that if I did cardio first it would take away from my workout. I know a warmed up muscle is a better working muscle, but this much cardio is more than a warm up and makes me tired afterwards.
