My desire to be a distance runner is no longer..... i started getting obsessed with running.... doing way over 50 miles per week. I loved waking up and going for that morning run. never wanted it to end some days.

Now i'm a little bitch. like under 170lbs for the 1st time since high school.

I started 500mg Test Enathate and i'm going to be adding 20mg of M1T.

I am giving DC's Training routine a shot.....and i'm on a bulking diet 5 days 3000 calories 2 days 6000 calories

I can afford to put some fat on me cause i was down to nothing for the most part.

No! Cardio!

You should bicycle; that way you can be muscular and have endurance at the same time.

i just over did the running.....lost a lot of size and didn't like the way i felt being weak.

when i was only doing 20-30 miles per week i didn't notice any real loss of size. it was hard to gain but i was ok with that.

once i went over 30 weight started dropping
when i got to 40 it was pouring off me..... and 50 is when i called it quits.

the weird thing about running.....is that it gave me a different look. i was my leanest at 175-180 once i got below that it seemed like all muscle being lost

i ran a 4:57 mile last week..... don't know about the other stuff. i would imagine my 5k times would have been in the low 17:00's maybe high 16:00's but only 3 months ago i ran a 5k in 18:40

wow, nice time, you did this time by yourself? without competition or being pushed?

a friend of mine was signed with the NY Jets and is going to europe to play over there until summer training camp.

we had been going to the track 3 days a week. he was doing sprints and i was doing some 400's (speed work)

we would talk shit to one another and one day we decided to line it up race the 4 laps for pride and lunch.

he is way faster than me in 100 meter race or prolly a 400....but a mile proved too much for him to keep his pace.
