i'm doing the cornholio oldschool routine....need help

hey guys,

I'm in week 2 of cornholio's oldschool routine. My weight is up 3lbs already and I am liking it alot so far.

My question for you guys is that my chest is SIGNIFICANTLY lagging behind my other body parts. I was thinking about throwing in some high rep flys at the end of my wed workout which consists of:

row 5x5
bench 5x5
dl 1x20

what do you all think?

also, what routine would be a good idea to follow up with this one? I was thinking about doing a similar routine except replacing the upper body moves with DBs, and doing 20 rep squats instead of DLS to hopefully continue growing
 
dl = deadlift ? 1x20??? bench =5x5??? row = 5x5???

you do 5 sets of chest, 5 sets of back and 1 set of legs/back ?????

Throw in 3 sets of incline flies for now but work up to adding another 3 sets of any exercise (incline press,decline,wide/narrow bp,db press etc...) You really should add more for back also... Do you work lats on another day? Or traps?
 
Throw2far, that is part of the routine for Day 2. On Day 1 you do squats (5x3), shoulder presses (5x5), Seated Calf Raises (2x20) and deadlifts (1x20). On Day 3 you do squats (5x5), Shrugs (5x5), Biceps (5x5) and Weighted Dips (5x5).

Piehole, the program was designed by the The Shadow (he's a Mod). If you have any questions, send him a PM. He will help you. The men that did the program saw great results. I did the program in early Spring and I'm starting it again (I recently added 2 excercises).
