I just changed everything up a bit.
I am doing everything twice a week now. My body really responds to it.
Mon/thurs = chest, shoulders, traps, tri's
Tues/Fri = back, bi's
Wed/Sat = legs
*abs every day
As for my diet. I am adding in more complex carbs.
Here is what I ate yesterday. I call it my "white trash" diet.. because there is not enough real food in it. I am implementing more real food each week now.
8am - cup of oatmeal, 3 scps Ultra Size in h2o w/ Super Pack
10am - 3 scps 100% whey, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos
11am - 8 Muscle Synergy
Noon - 4 pc's 12 grn brd w/ ANPB, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos
3pm - 3 scps 100% whey, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos
4pm - 8 Muscle Synergy
PWO - 2 scps Ultra Size, 3 scps Mass Maker, 75grms dextrose, 4 Ultra 40 & Mass Aminos
9pm - 10oz steak or chicken w/ sweet potato and greens
I plan on having at lunch the same thing I had for dinner the night before. I am working on that right now. The potato and protein should help.
I was 253 last night.
