I'm back and in search of answers

Hello all,

Back in 2000/ 2001 I was a very active member on these boards. I did a cycle and then left for the Marine Corps. I did my active time, some time over in the dirt, and got out of that gun club. I have been out for a few years and have not really returned to the gym because the Marines destroyed my body to the point where I have a hard time getting out of bed in the mornings.

However, I've now decided that it is time for me to get back into shape. I am pretty soft now and am looking to build muscle and lose body fat. As stated earlier, I have been out of the game for a long time, and I realize that science has come a long ways. I am cleaning up my diet and starting a MWF weight training regimen and Tuesdays and Thurs. cardio regimen. I am looking to jump on a few supps, however, I haven't a clue what are the good ones and are not anymore. I do know that GNC is still shit.

I previously took Max Muscle and was very satisfied with their products. As far as goals, I want to shed fat as quickly as possible, and get stronger and more lean...if that is possible. Could some of you please recommend some good supps etc.
