Guys Thanks for the advice. I will continue with my cardio and will replace hydroxycut for lipoflame ASAP. My normal workout is 45 - 1 hour cardio depending on how tired I am. Then I procede with situps, crunches and other exercise. I end my workout with light weight lifting...in total 2-3 hours workout. I lost 72 pounds in 3 months and every time I reached a platto I would change my workout around a bit. Like I said I have gained 35 pounds but I really want to stop it there and hopefully reach my goal weight 185 pounds.
