Im a Newbie, i got a few questions...please

Ok, ive been working on and off ever since jr. high and im about to be 25 now. im rather big i guess for somebody who has never been steady in my work out. well, im ready to go hardcore with it. im looking for advice on what to take to give me a jump start back into this. im looking to put on mass and lose some body fat.

im 25
6'3
245lbs
about 20% body fat
i try to eat alot of protien and i eat about 5 smaller meals a day. my goals are to maybe drop 10-15lbs in body fat and gain it in muscle. im not too big on needles just yet (my wife more so than i doesnt like the idea) so i was wondering what oral cycle i could try just for 6 weeks or so. just to get me going. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need a few months of steady training to build a solid foundation before touching anything, or you will be setting yourself up for an injury.

well, ive been going for about a month, 4 days a week. but its gonna take time to get the stuff i want to take so im asking ahead of time
 
yeah, i understand that, and im all about it but i would like a jump start to get me goin. something that wont make me lose all my gains after i do a 6 week cycle.

6 weeks for a cycle would be too short by most guys standards...
And to lose that much fat and gain that much muscle it will probably be TOO short for your goal as well...

Any drug can be used to achieve ones goal...It RELALY comes down to the way you eat and train while on anabolics that will make or break your goal...
 
If you don't know how to eat then you are wasting your time & money!

Let me give you an example. A few years back I had taken 3 years off from training. Prior to the time off I had trained for 15yrs and used steroids for 3 of them. I was in very good shape. When I got back to training I knew that I would have to start slow and build back up. I waited 6 months before I introduced steroids back into my program. You must build a solid base before you can really benefit from the addition of steroids.

You must understand that there are risks associated with using steroids. If your goal is to lose body fat and gain mass then do it naturally first. We use steroids to push ourselves BEYOND our natural limit. So you should try to reach this natural limit first and then you will be ready to take on the RISK of steroids. Your young, I didn’t start using steroids until I was 26. Give yourself sometime and get serious about your training first.

Great advice, my situation parrallels that. I trained for a 10 year period with about 2.5 of those being on AAS. I ended up taking 4-5 years off. I have been back at it about 2 years with a few months off over a year ago for a hernia operation. I've used the time to rebuild some atrophied muscle (muscle memory is a great thing !) and get my body fat below 10%. I'm just now starting my first cycle and it's a light one at that.

So, quite honestly, I think that you can do some more naturally before you go down the AAS road. Work on that body fat naturally !! As for the needles, loose the aversion your liver will thank you when it's time !

You can acieve all your goals with AM cardio, great diet & badass training
I'd say concentrate on dropping the BF first & for this AS will be of little use - if you really want a kickstart I'd try something like an ECY stack - it'll help raise your metabolic rate & loose the BF.

If you do deciede to take the route of chemical enhancement, which many won't recommend, and your looking to do an oral only cycle, which again I don't recommend, your drug of choice would probably be Anavar. If you did do an injectable it would be Primo/var stack. That would probably be the safest cycle in terms of AAS.

It terms of dropping your bodyfat you have a few options. Number one the core of reaching your goal would be to make sure your nutrition is 100% in check. Have a diet plan ready, and yea count every calorie. My suggestion would be a keto diet of sorts. Look under the diet board and you will see many useful posts from Mr. X. He knows what he is talking about. That being said as far as your fat burning drugs go, you can cycle Clen/Ephedrine. That is keeping health/safety in mind. There are other things like T3 - Thyroid that you can take. Stay away from that for now. If you search the board for "Clen Faq" I believe you will find another great post describing the best way to cycle your clen. You can also do two days on Clen, Two days off. On your off days you can take Ephedrine. All of this is described in detail as to why you need to cycle your clen in the faq I told you to search for.

Also Go platinum, you will get access to alot of great information that you wouldn't normally have access too.

As far as Training goes, Cardio in the am on an empty stomach is best. This isn't the greatest for your muscles however it put emphasise on burning fat which is what your really need to be doing at 20%. You mentioned some off time, I would do some conditioning before you start any of this. Prepare you body a bit. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Really bad idead... You have to fuel the fire, Eat many smaller meals. Do your 20 to 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and you should see a change in a short time. Stay away from fries and Big Macs, eat healthy small meals.
