and i can manage a $1,000,000 (cost in development) website for the state of MN...

I know a few people.. especially my wife and her friends.. they work on the side..

One project is scheduled for eight weeks . They need somebody to come in and teach their developers as well as do the conversion. A lot of it can be automated but some re-coding will most likely need to be done. Most of it depends on how well their developers stuck to standard coding conventions. A lot of the conversion problems from coding shortcuts, not declaring arrays before use, variant data type etc. VB 6.0 allowed developers to develop some very bad habits.
