I think you guys are wasting your time with the diet lecture.
I work with a guy who's in the same situation. He cries all the time about how his genetics suck, supplements are shit, all the working out he does with no results. So I ask him, "It's all about your diet. What do you eat everyday?"
"Oh, I eat," he tells me.
So I compare my diet to his. I walk into to work eating. On my 3 breaks, chicken and pasta, chicken and rice, bananas, paenut butter sandwiches, tuna, etc. I leave work eating. I've never seen him eat. NEVER. 2 years. Not a single meal at work. We've argued about this countless times, but he swears he eats.
BodyByFinaplex posted a simple diet a few weeks back that was cheap and full of calories. Aside from the INSANE amount of lettuce, I don't see why someone couldn't follow it and get the 4500+ cals that it consisted of.
The bottom line is you could possibly have some thyroid issues, and maybe you should see a doctor to get them corrected. But at 105 lbs, you couldn't possible burn off as many cals as you say you eat in a day. Just eat. Whatever you eat it's not enough. And nothing is going to change until you listne to what some of these guys are telling you about your diet. DBOL isn't a magic pill. Maybe you should look up that post by BBF and try his diet advice for a few months.
