so im at the gym today, working in with this lil asian dude.

im about to do my set and grab the 40's for one of the warmups on db's.

dude goes "Jesus man, you look like you should be doing hundreds"

and i go "yeah i used to" and then did my set lol.

ILLUSION IS NOT DELUSION!

right guys??
 
Haha, I get odd looks all the time. I know a lot dudes wonder how I get such an intense workout. :D
 
It was the same with the Kid,with me, and with everyone else.

I feel that sharing this is an asset with those who listen, and those who do not.....let them be blind and waste time as they disparage you.

You can and will grow at will in time..........and MOST important be INJURY free and never miss a workout.

One day all of you will all be soooo strong that YOU will have true strength,
so when you decide to lift heavy for fun lets say or as a test....You WILL blow right past others as if it was nothing

EVERY FIBER of your being is get stronger, not just one area

mind/body/work ethic/will
 
The most jealous and venemous people are the trainers I see, and the power lifter wanna bees who desperately Want to look like a body builder but cant do to their flawed sets of thinking and Egos........

let them be blind

My favorite is watching people doing the pulldowns for back, instead of sitting up talling and pulling it down squeezing thier back for a good workout, they fucking throw thier entire body downwards so they are almost parallel with the bench they are sitting on, just so they can lift an extra 40-50 lbs and entirely risk injuring thier lower back all while looking like complete retards.

I just get into the zone when I workout now, I'll left whatever I need to lift to get the proper workout in, even if I gotta pick up 2 and half fucking lbs I'll do it.

Same here. I tell myself "check your ego at the door and lift for yourself". It's not like I'm in the gym competing with other people there. If other people lift really heavy weights with bad form and think they are super strong, I really don't pay much attention and just go about my routine.
