What tendons do you want to repair, and what does Tony Roberts sell,

My elbows are killing me, can't do skull crusher, this is going kill my tricepts.

He is selling an ebook called beyond steroids. I read it about 2 months ago or so, and I'm really interested in the healing properties of igf.

Ya but you can't really use the foam roll very effectively on the tris. I usually grind them into a round hand railing or something. SMR has helped me out a lot too, especially my adductors and IT's.

I use it very effectively on my tris.. I lay down on my side with my arms over my head and I all the way up my forearms and over my triceps and my lats and obliques then down my IT band all the way to my gastrocs, it's awesome, give it a shot! I remember the first time I rolled my adductors, IT band and tensor fascia latae (sp?) I almost broke out in tears it was so bad. :)

Back to the original question tho.. The science behind it does seem promising.. I also say that if you can't do it with test you can't do it at all.. :)

Just wondering if anyone had tried Anthony Roberts IGF cycle for tendon repair? If so, what were the results. How much and how often. What size of pin, and anything that would help. I'm seriously thinking of trying it and would appreciate any input.

BOOGS

so what does he actually suggest?
do you have a link? (ihulk's link does't seem to work)

Here's a link that should work for my IGF/MGF protocol:

http://isteroids.com/Proper-Use-of-IGF-MGF.html

Also, here's something that most people don't actually know about my IGF protocol (and basically everything I've written since my first book): I worked with outside help on most of my projects. My current editor (I worked with 2 editors on Beyond Steroids) has a degree in sports medicine, and helps out with editing and certain areas within her realm of expertise. The IGF protocol for healing joints was co-written with me and another editor, who has a Masters Degree in Excercise Kinesiology. At this point in my career, I try to employ as many experts as possible to make sure my work is of a very high standard. Lets face it, though I'm a successful coach and trainer, someone with a masters degree in the field is going to know things I don't, and someone with a degree in sports medicine is going to know things I don't as well. So my IGF for healing injuries protocol was actually written with two more pairs of eyes on it, and they're very (very) good at what they do. So take it from me, that protocol is tried and tested, and works better than any other similar protocol.

Also, in my personal experience, You might want to also consider GHRP-6. I messed up my knee a few years ago, and this year returned to playing a full season of first division rugby....during this time, I was shooting GHRP-6 sub-q at 100mcgs into the knee directly, and I worked my way from injured reserve to earning a starting spot in the playoffs, and was on the field when the whistle blew for our championship game (we won). GHRP-6 comes in a nice 5mg container, and may even be enough to totally heal certain injuries, with just the one bottle.

You went sub q so no injections into the tendon? That sounds like a winner in my book. I would definately dislike shooting directly into a tendon or in my case bursa, that is so inflamed I have trouble walking at night and when I first wake up.
