ok i have bin reacearching igf-1 and gh i compleatly understand gh but igf sorta iludes me. can any bros help me understand the diff. i know gh makes the body make more igf when taken but the rest is alittle above my head. everything i find on it is in medical terms and i am not a doctor so i need someone to tell me in english lol. thx bros
