Hi kely, welcome! I hooked you up with a free plat so you can do some searching. I'm glad you decided to sign up for yourself as it's a lot easier to make progress when we can have direct dialogue.

Kelly Belly what are the goals and what are you looking to achive? IGF-1 is typical injected directly into the muscle for growth. I have not used it and haven't really heard of many females trying it.

hiya, im pretty slim and toned but i want to be more muscular and ripped seem to be getting no further now just with a good diet and alot alot of working out. igf-1-r3 was recomended but its just men that i no who have had it and got the kind of results i want with the least side effects. what do u recomend . x

You have to be careful with IGF-1 LR3 right now. There have been a lot of brands tested (mostly Chinese) that have come back to IGF from rats in it. If you do it make sure it is from a reputable company and see if you can have it tested.

What are you doing for two hours? Sounds like over training to me 40 min to an hour max is all it should take for weights.

I don't think you are eating enough either. What is your hieght weight and bodyfat I can do a proper calorie estimate and diet outline.

Two hours is definitey a LONG time to be lifting. I usually take about 45 minutes. You also need some complex carbs in that diet. Things like oats, brown rice, yams, etc.

breakfast= protein shake , fresh berries, fresh fruit mainly bannanas (You should start breakfast with grains and protein, such as 1/3 c oatmeal and 3 scrambled eggs with 1 yolk or not)

snacks= nuts (peacan) easy body protein bar, fresh fruit (Protein shake)

lunch=chicken breast, prawns or ham with mixed salad (Add brown rice here to the chicken and salad)

Add another meal here like meal #3 with vegetables and sweet potato or couscous or quinoa)

dinner= chicken breast, sometimes steak or pork steak, steamed veg and or salad (Have fish and vegetables. Fish is VERY important to our diets)

snack= protien shake (If you need to have a protein drink before bed, then have a casein pp. This protein will work through the night without catabolism)

Hi Kelly and welcome!

You should not be having so much fruit as is simple carbs and it contains lots of sugar.
Drink lots of water and green tea as an antioxidant and your body will give you better results then loading it up with sugar.
