Happy with the overall look !! Body is coming back alive now and a good Junp in weight has helped that, as still pretty lean.
Coach is happy and training has been good so we get a few extra sets loaded for next week, mostly through the posterior again as that’s the area we are trying to work on the most.

No change to cals this week, just rinse repeat.
Got bloods done last week and everything was in range apart from test was a little low and cholesterol still needs some work so continue to supplement with for that.

Apart from that just continue to get better by the week.

Last weeks macros were 725c 280p 50f
