I just ate about the best grinder/hero/sub that I can find in CT!
Chicken Cutlet, with fresh motz, marinated mushrooms, roasted red peppers, slices of proscutto, and drizzled with balsomic vinagar. The chicken was warm and the motz just started to melt!
